We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information to understand our delivery process.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
All local orders above $50 will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Courier which will be based on each delivery
Order.
All local deliveries are via doorstep courier - SF Express, Ninjavan
All international deliveries are via SF Express, Ninjavan Malaysia, DHL Express or FedEx
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
Local Standard Shipping:
Delivery within 1-3 business days.
Price: $2.99 (Free for orders over $50)
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order
Local Express Shipping:
Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Price: $4.99
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order
Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm on Saturday
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the agent will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts)
In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $3.99
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the following countries: [List of countries].
Delivery times and shipping fees will vary based on the destination.
- International orders may take up to 10-15 business days for delivery.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery country.
Standard International Shipping (Malaysia only):
Standard international shipping to Malaysia takes about 2-6 working days* for West Malaysia and 4-9 working days* for East Malaysia, excluding customs checking or other unforeseen circumstances

All Malaysia orders above RM350 will enjoy complimentary Standard International Shipping
All standard international parcels will be dispatched by SF Express or Ninjavan Malaysia for delivery
Express International Shipping:
Express international shipping via DHL Express or FedEx takes about 2-4 working days* for Malaysia and about 3-5 working days* for Worldwide, excluding customs checking or other unforeseen circumstances
*Does not apply if there is a BO item in the order
Kindly note that top-ups will be further advised in the event of remote delivery locations
Kindly note that for international orders, there might be taxes or duty fees. These will be payable by the customer.
Self Collection:
For orders that have opted for self collection, kindly collect the orders within 7 days from the time the order is ready for collection.
Orders not collected within 7 days will be auto-cancelled, and store credits will be issued to your account (6 months validity and applicable to online orders only)
*Any shipping fees (if applicable) for a refund will be issued via store credits only
*Any points (if applied) will not be refunded for cancelled orders
*Cash refunds for cancelled orders are strictly not allowed
Backorder/Preorder Item(s) for Local Orders:
If your order consists of a backorder/preorder item, your order will only be shipped after the BO/Preorder stocks have arrived if standard courier is chosen.
Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard Courier split shipment between instock and backorder items if each shipment is above $50 respectively.
Split shipping will be charged at $2.99 for each shipment which falls below $50.
Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate delivery.
To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combinations of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
Kindly ensure that the right colours/sizes of the correct products have been selected before proceeding to check out.

In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) or 30 working days (international orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to sales@ohyara.co so that we can assist you with your parcel status.
