OHYARA's Return and Exchange Policy applies only to online purchases made via www.ohyara.co.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS CRITERIA

  • The item(s) must be in its original conditions received, packed in its original polymailer, original packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact). If you do not have the original polymailer, you may use any other polymailer/carrier as long as the item(s) is securely sealed and with your name and order number indicated clearly at the front of the polymailer/carrier. 
  • All returns will strictly be refunded via store credits. Store credits are only utilizable for online purchases and strictly not allowed to be used in our Shopee, Tiktok and/or Shop Stores. 
  • Please retain your invoice for exchange / returns purposes. We will not be able to process any exchange / returns without verification of the physical invoices. 
  • All exchange/returns requests (including defects) can only be requested by the original purchasing account.
  • Any exchanges/returns requests made from third parties will not be allowed.
  • For returns, store credits will strictly be credited only to the original purchasing account.
  • Purchases made with store credits can only be returned up to twice, and further returns with the same set of store credits will no longer be accepted. 
  • Exchanges/returns are only applicable for orders made directly from our website. 
  • Exchange for a different design is strictly not allowed, in such a case, store credits will be issued where you may make a new order of your preferred item(s). 
  • Exchanges for bags and accessories will not be allowed.
  • Should you require a return, the request has to be submitted via our website under "My Account > Orders" within 14 days from the time the parcel has been dispatched (local orders) or within 30 days from the time the parcel has been dispatched (international orders). 
  • Should you require an exchange, the exchange has to be requested within 14 days from the day you receive your item. Kindly email to sales@ohyara.co and state your order number during the request. 
  • We strongly urge customers to fulfil the exchange/returns request within the stipulated time frame to ensure validity. No extensions will be allowed due to system limitations.
  • Returns are only accepted after we have approved the request. Please refer to the following for the return methods available. 
  • Any exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. Exchanges are only confirmed after we have attended to your email. Please refer to the following for the exchange methods available. 
  • Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received. 
  • In the event the requested exchange item is out of stock, store credits (valid for 6 months) will be issued. 
  • OHYARA reserves the rights to reject any exchange / returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.

How do I make an exchange?

One-to-one exchanges are applicable to regular-priced apparels only. Bags and Accessories are not eligible for exchanges. All sale and discounted items (including items purchased during storewide promotions and using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, regardless of size, colour, or design. Regular priced items can be exchanged once and the exchange is final.
All items purchased online can be exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive your exchange form. Exchanged items must be in their original conditions received, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the replacement item is of a lower value, please note that any excess value will not be refunded. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will have to cover the difference. We reserve the right to reject the item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above.
Exchanges can only be made at our Bugis Junction store. Kindly bring along the item(s) for exchange, together with a digital copy of the completed Return Forms.

What is your return policy?

Refunds will be in the form of an e-Gift Card, which will be credited to you within 5-7 working days from the day we receive the item(s). The e-Gift card will be valid for online use only, for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Kindly note that we do not provide cash/credit card refunds for any return orders. Delivery fees, if any, are non-refundable
Do take note that any returns will require recalculation of all tier/credit card discounts that was applied to your order.

Am I able to return/exchange sale or promotional items?

No, all sale and promotional items (including items purchased during storewide promotions and using discount codes) are strictly non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable, regardless of size, colour, or design.

My order has both sale items and regular priced items. Am I able to make an exchange/return?

Only the regular-priced apparels in your order are eligible for exchanges/returns. The sale items in your order cannot be exchanged/returned.

How do I return my items?

By mail

We strongly encourage you to engage with a trackable means of shipping. However, do note that you will have to bear the costs of shipping. We are also not liable for any missing or damaged items during the shipment.
For local returns, the parcel must reach us within 14 days, or within 30 days for international orders, from the date you received your item.

Meet Up

If you choose to do a meet up to your return your items, do note that meet up to return item(s) is only available at our Toa Payoh & Admiralty. Kindly bring along the item(s) to be returned, together with a digital copy of the completed Return Forms.

How do I know if my return parcel has been received?

You will receive an email from us once we have received the parcel. We will then process the return and disburse the store credit via to your account within 5-7 working days. Please email us at info@ohyara.co with your order number and return parcel tracking number (if any) if you have not heard from us 5 working days after the date we were expected to receive the parcel.
